Apple iPod touch 8 GB (2nd Generation--with iPhone OS 3.1 Software Installed) [NEWEST MODEL]

I am 60 years old and I still love to listen to music that I want to hear. The ipod makes it so easy for me and my wife to do that. If it were too complicated to operate I would not want it, but they have made it so simple. I have had a mp3 player for years but this is a whole new experience in music and in the way it can be downloaded and synchronized into all the catergories and playlists. I will never go without one again. When I got the first one the battery was not lasting but about 3 hours, so I contacted Amazon about the problem and they did not waste any time in resolving my problem. I think they had me a new one on the way before I got the complaint finished. I will always trust Amazon with their policy of wanting to please their customers. Thanks Amazon for everything....

This 8GB IPOD Touch was purchased for my 16 year old daughter as a replacement of the original IPOD touch that we purchased 3-4 years ago. She loves it! No complaints here; the first one lasted for years and I expect this one will as well!

Yeah, Apple rocks and I am fully satisfied with this Ipod all the way as of today.

I had a hard time setting the date so far, until today. Date will be 12 hours delayed eventhough I had made the correct settings. Maybe I did not find the correct setting yet, I still have to explore this iPod.

Anyway, over-all, this product is a value for money. Music, videos, internet, applications, games, etc, yes, all can be installed/accessed in this product. I was thinking of buying the PSP for the games but iPod has it all with afforadable prices. You can get an EA Sport game even for US$0.99, this is the FIFA 2010 World Cup. What else will you ask for? I got the EA NBA Live for US$6.99 too. Plus this generation got the Nike+ software, a good training partner, well after almost 1 month, my weight is now 2 kg less. :-)

My 8 yr old niece loves it. It looks cool. It sounds cool. Needs a camera though. And no, an 8 yr old does NOT need an iPhone.
