PlayStation 3 120 GB

this is the king of systems,best graphic's..Everyone knows the ps3 is not backward compatible..but neither is the xbox360.and now that i have a very serious heart condition,my wii is useless to me,since I am no longer able to be physically active.i own all the systems wii,xbox360,and I have 3 ps3's..the classic 80gb,a 120gb,and the 250gb..
and nothing beats playstation.I am online with it most of the time,never gives a problem...I have read about over heating problems,but I had put mine in a well ventilated area,and set a clip on fan behind it.and mine is on all day,and It never over heats or gets hot.it does so much more then plays games,I have my netflix account linked to it and I can play movies instantly...I love the ps3...best investment I ever made...

The PS3 came really fast during the time where they extremely hard to find. We love the built in wireless, graphics, game play, netflix, etc.

I haven't actually used this thing to play games. I game on my XBox 360, but I own this thing purely for the Blu-Ray player which is absolutely amazing!

Totally worth it!

the sad thing about online game play is you cant pause the game its sad because you can tell your opponent hey bathrooom break can you wait a second hey i got to throw away garbage in friends play not public in call of duty pause in fighting games then for the cheaters lets say your deep in a fighting game and your opponents about to kick your ass be like pause then go start your combo

I have purchased my ps3 from amazon a week ago and received it today.
the unit doesn't recognize any blu-ray disc. I tried a blu-ray game and two movies. when I insert the disc it does nothing but after a few seconds makes a sound (it sounds like it is repositioning the disc) but still nothing happens. it reads regular dvds though. is there any option I should turn on in order to use the blu-rays or is the unit defective? any advice before I return it?
